Over 20 Years of Patisserie Experience

Dhotel Patisserie is based in Leiston, and run by Jean-Baptiste Dhotel, an award-winning pastry chef with over 20 years experience.

Jean-Baptiste trained in Burgundy, France, working with top chefs and in a two Michelin star restaurant. He was awarded third place in the French Cup Patissier in Paris in 1999, and has worked in some of England's finest hotels and for an American cruise line.

With a highly skilled team and dedicated kitchen, Dhotel Patisserie reliably delivers desserts made from scratch using high quality ingredients, including bespoke wedding cakes, croquembouche and centrepieces for special occasions.
